known in the unknown

Everyday it seems a struggle

to find what will be

known in the unknown

what will be accepted

with sighful relief

and what will be

roiling in oily disbelief

what lays hidden away

like a run away but within grasp thief

as your paceful peace

clings perilously begging at his feet.

“roiling in oily disbelief” — very evocative!

The 1st 3 lines itself convey a whole world of meaning 🙂

Yikes. The last line summed the feeling of the poem up. However, my favorite line is ” what will be accepted with sigh full relief, and what will be rolling in oily disbelief”. The word “oily” is so very descriptive!

yes I felt the oily captured just how much uneasy, queasy it is to feel betrayed,in doubt, in denial…thank you for comments Kharma, they are much appreciated =)
